I have purchased a few products from you in the past but I can’t seem to find any of the part numbers?

EasySYNC are now using a new part numbering scheme, if you can’t find a specific product, please do not hesitate to contact us and EasySYNC can direct you to the new part number. The products and functionality have not changed, only the part number.

How can I check the shipping status of my purchase?

EasySYNC will e-mail you a copy of your invoice complete with tracking information for your chosen method of delivery.

What is the delivery time for ordering goods?

Europe, Middle East, Asia Region

Our Courier delivery is 1 – 2 days depending on delivery area a next day delivery service provided your order is placed before 2pm, UK Mail for UK and FedEx International Priority for EMEA.

Delivery to Northern Ireland and Channel Islands will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and should take 2-3 working days.


Courier is ground shipping via FedEx Ground. Courier Express is overnight shipping via Fed Ex Standard Overnight.
Ground delivery options may take up to 5 business days to the Eastern US. Orders must be placed before 2pm Pacific Time for same day processing.

What forms of payment can I use to pay for my order?

EasySYNC take payment from credit card via HSBC (Visa, MasterCard) PayPal (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) & Bank Transfer.  Bank transfer option is only available through contacting the sales office. 

Are your products compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7 and Windows 8?

Yes.  EasySYNC products are compatible with all current Windows, Mac OS and Linux operating systems.

I am trying to place an order but an error message saying ‘No shipping rates are available for this order’ is displayed. How can I place an order?

This is because your order exceeds 10kg in weight. To place an order, please contact the Sales Team.

Where can I find the latest device drivers for my USB to Serial Converter?

Device drivers for each are available in the product download section.  Alternatively the drivers for communication products use the default FTDI settings and can be downloaded from Driver installation guides for different operating systems are also available

From where will my product ship?

EasySYNC will dispatch North and South American orders from the EasySYNC US office and orders from Europe, the Middle East and Asia will be dispatched from the EasySYNC UK head office.
